2. According to Decree 114/2018/ND-CP, hydropower plants need to transmit meteorological and hydrological monitoring data to the General Department of Meteorology and Hydrology and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
3. Additionally, as required by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, hydropower plants need to transmit meteorological and hydrological monitoring data to the Department of Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection, Ministry of Industry and Trade.
