1. Rainfall measurement: ± 3.5% (Vietnamese standards: ± 0.4 mm for rainfall ≤ 10 mm, ± 4% for rainfall > 10 mm).
2. Water level: ± 2 mm (Vietnamese standards: ± 1 cm).
